What is Boot camp?
We can start out and say what it isn’t. If you want a class that is going to drill you into the ground then this isn’t for you!
Boot camp is for those who want to get back into exercising safely but want to see the fat melt away too!
Who should join the boot camp?
If you haven’t exercised before or are returning after a break then this is for you. Those who have had more exercise experience can join in our other specialist classes more suited for those a little more energetic!
How many people in the class?
There will be a maximum of 6 people, the class will have a minimum of 3 people.
What is the format?
Club 100’s boot camp is an excellent way to get you back into exercising and getting fit, having more energy, less aches and pains and of course begin you on your first steps to losing fat, and beginning a healthy eating plan once again.
You will receive your boot camp info pack that will include healthy tips on diet and exercise. These will be updated throughout your visits to the club.
We are running 2 boot camps
3 weeks – Training 2 times per week – Monday at 6.30pm and Friday at 6.30pm
Start dates Monday 19th July and Friday 23rd July
6 weeks Training once per week – Tuesdays 6.30pm
Start dates 13th July
Cost
£48.00 for the 3 week intensive boot camp
£50.00 for the 6 week boot camp
